It is my great pleasure to send this message to you all. Yangon University of Distance Education was hist established in 1992. In alignment with National Education Law, Yangon University of Distance Education has a good educational environment that nurtures students to be well-qualified and creative students in the community, provides a good physical environment for academic and administrative staff and creates a good educational environment for researchers. The main purpose of Yangon University of Distance Education is to produce not only intellectuals with high moral standard but also skillful human resources who will be pillars of nation in the future. In Yangon University of Distance Education, there are 14 departments: —–Arts Departments, —– —-Departments and ——– Science Departments. All the departments are endeavouring to provide students basic academic foundation as well as professional knowledge. Yangon University of Distance Education provides well-equipped laboratories and an effective library.
Viver : The main processes of Yangon University of Distance Education for distance education students all over Myanmar are
-Compilation and writing of text books and study guides
-Publishing texts books and study guides
-Recording filming and editing audio lessons and video lessons in the university studio and
-Broadcasting the lessons on the Educational channel of on Myanma Radio and Television.
So it is very beneficial for students. Students can also learn lessons through Yangon University of Distance Education website during their free time.
