Psychology also investigates a wide variety of questions and attempts to answer them using scientific methods. Because psychology affects so many aspects of our lives, it is important to know its basic facts and research methods. Psychology gives you a better understanding of why people behave as they do and should provide insights into your own attitudes and reactions. We can define psychology as the scientific study of behavior and mental processes.Vision

The department offers an undergraduate programme of study leading to a Bachelor of Arts degree, specializing in psychology.
